MR. KELVIN L. WILLIAMS

Kelvin Williams has been signing his name in wood since 1988. With almost 20 years of custom cabinet building under his belt, Kelvin has established a reputable name in a trade many say is dying. Contrary to popular belief, Mr. Williams is proving the nay-sayers wrong with his drive for not only creating wood structures of lasting value, but keeping alive the old custom of preserving antiques, fine furniture and valuable family heirlooms.
After a fire devastated he and his parents' home, Kelvin dreamed of how wonderful it would be to use his hands to rebuild their home or at least the furnishings that perished inside. With a renewed sense of determination and an insatiable interest in measurements and metric formulas Kelvin's academic achievements helped him to earn an academic scholarship to Opelika State Technical College in 1990. After graduating with a Diploma in Custom Cabinet Making, Kelvin set his sights on prospects of a successful career in cabinet making. With Kelvin's love of cabinetry, honest heart, southern charm and sincere gratitude for his God given talent, success is not an option!
